I have dogs so they put my collar on and haul me off for a walk everyday. They take me to a trail that works my cardio vascular system. The trail winds up hill and down dale through a forest. We get occasional views of the lake below us. By the final climb back up to the car, I know I’ve had a work out. Of course, I have to do the driving home cause the dogs are flaked out in the back.

Follow a routine. Mine is simple. I start work around 6 a.m. AT 8 o’clock I break for breakfast, then spend from 9 to noon back at my desk. At noon, I do Health tip number one.
